I know I have posted here before on this but would love any advice at all on it. Anyone have any experience with acne being "cured" by Sarno's techniques? I am struggling with it -trying to apply the same principles. It's a tough one as it so easily takes up my time. Hm, I wonder if posting here feeds into worrying about it!!!
I am 35 and can't believe my skin still breaks out. It doesn't when I don't eat sugar or carbs - but I am sure that is a conditioned response as I know loads of people who eat sugar and don't have this problem

i havent had an issue with acne, but dr sarno say in his lecture that 50% of all skin diseases are a tms equivalent. i get a rash on my back in the summer-from what i thought was heat rash from sweating-sarno told me it is probably a tme equiv.
