I cant believe it, it's been almost two months probably since I posted. I havent even checked the forum since then. I guess that's good in a way, because if I'd been hurting, I'd probably be back here before now. Part of my healing process, a commitment I've made, though, is to keep reading and posting even if I feel good forever. So I never fear TMS again, like I used to during those magical times, which for some reason that seemed out of my control, I felt OK. What kept me away was the transition to being a school parent, with the 6 year old starting morning school. Argh! Tough for a night owl and musician. Anyway, I'm adjusted now well enough to check back in. I have had about 9 months of basic freedom from my troublesome upper body pain, first time in 4 years. YEAH! The change to school days led TMS to try to rear its ugly head, but that only lasted a couple days. My hypnotherapy CDs really helped me to get refocused and out of that rut quickly. I did really miss checking in with you all! But I didnt fall off the edge of the world, still here.
