""You already got your life back. you
can do WHATEVER you want. ANYTHING. The only thing left to do is to get
rid of the discomfort. And that can take as long as it needs to. don't
stress about it."

This is a quote from another TMS site (Rachels homage to Dr Sarno).
I like the approach!
And it helped me today when I have a bad pain flare up -the first one in eight months( and of course my fatigue is much better at once...).

Rachel says - Now when you know that you have TMS you ARE cured -you can do anything. You may still have pain and fatigue but donīt focus
at all on that - thats a discomfort that will go away -it may take
some time, donīt stress it.
The thing is: look at it as a DISCOMFORT that will pass and be joyful about the fact that you know that you have TMS -not cancer! So you can do anything.
My pain subsided a lot when I read this.

Good point Kajsa - within a few days of reading Sarno, I went from pain (RSI) and worrying about that pain, to discomfort, and not worrying at all. I still have discomfort, but I'm still not worried.

Rachel's is a good site - as I remember it, that was the one that turned me on to Sarno & TMS.
