And it helped me today when I have a bad pain flare up -the first one in eight months( and of course my fatigue is much better at once...). Rachel says - Now when you know that you have TMS you ARE cured -you can do anything. You may still have pain and fatigue but donīt focus at all on that - thats a discomfort that will go away -it may take some time, donīt stress it. The thing is: look at it as a DISCOMFORT that will pass and be joyful about the fact that you know that you have TMS -not cancer! So you can do anything. My pain subsided a lot when I read this.
