Thanks to Shawn and Paul and many wonderful other people here I have been reading and absorbing Byron Katie's beautiful book, Loving What is, all weekend. I found a free download of about 21 pages excerpted from this book. For those of you interested, I share this link
http://www.thework.com/pdf/LovingWhatIsExcerptRev.pdf
(Many other languages downloadable as "The Little Book" at http://www.thework.com/resources.asp )

Here is a link to 2 free chapters of her new book A Thousand Names for Joy. http://www.thework.com/athousandnamesforjoy/index.asp

The Work is yet another tool to help me figure things out aboutmy relationship with my husband, which has seemed to be a large source of TMS. So far, it has already helped me see a lot of patterns of expectations I have that are MY problem, and are helping me have a different type of control.

Blessings on you all,
>|< Penny
