A few years ago, I woke up on a Sunday morning with massive, spiraling vertigo. I leap out of bed, and went to the bathroom, and freaked out.
Then I stop and say, no it's just TMS. I didn't baby it-buy into it. I didn't allow any other explanation.
I went out and worked out on the exercise bike hard- no compromise.
Never had it since.
Just sayin... |
