This bout of TMS pain started in my foot. And while I did panic early on, I was able to overcome it - believe it was TMS and my foot pain resolved almost immediately.

But within days it re-appeared as hip/groin/hamstring pain. This is the first place I ever experienced TMS pain and it knocked me out for a year and a half.

So frustrating! I feel like I "get it" and then it knocks me down again.

No question. Just venting and hoping that putting it "out there" helps me let go the doubts and see what's really happening.
