It's funny but highly irritating how a physical pain/issue will cease, and another will pop up- or an old one will rear it's ugly head. I am realizing when I used to drink or do other- it was a distraction. My pains or issues seem to be distractions- from the heavily secured vault door to my past. Shoulder pain, tightness in throat, prostate cramp, psoriasis that comes and goes. I will say taking 6000 mg of vitamin D3 daily has kept the panic attacks/anxiety at bay. It's also funny how some days I am completely "on target" where others I can be in a total fog. What was the therapy that was suggested to try when visiting a counselor or psychologist? It's a 3 letter acronym.
