I'm leaving the forum for the next 30 days to do the book and workbook Zero Pain Now by Adam Heller

I got both today in the mail. Read the book. He is PURE SARNO and he just may have the jetplane route to Teeumass resolution.
The Coach I thought I was going to have, is waffling, it seems he is too busy to really be a Coach for me. Oh well.
So not to piddle around, I put all my chips in for Zero Pain Now.
Wish me luck!!
I will report back in a month. I'll read any posters that are well wishers to send me on my way. And then POOF, off I go.

im sorry to hear all of this sylvia. im following the same path right now im reading through claire weekes' book have you read through it all? is it good? im doing the relaxation and destressing as well as my primary treatment right now. how is it working for you? |

Hi Folks,
To be honest, I barely did any of the work. I gave up quick because it seemed the wrong time to get into emotions.
I am taking the opposite tack and doing the relaxation response, and destressing.
Husband got a diagnosis of inoperable malignant cancer, gonna do radiation, my dog got very sick and was in the hospital for 5 days, and my daughter....I won't even say here. All this within two weeks time, weeks ago. A perfect storm.
What to do but hang on?
Heavy doses of Claire Weekes, Utta Utta Acceptance and Herbert Bensen latest book Relaxation Revolution.

I'll be back in about a month to report. I promise.
Oh I bought the book and workbook from Amazon for around 45 bucks. That is the program. Having bought the workbook, one can email his website every day that they have done that days work. He/they will respond with personal notes back, or just generic responses. There are also links to video content from the workbook.
Also on his website one can sign up for his free webinar on tuesdays, and when I did he answered both my questions live. I've not been cajoled to spend more money at all. There is no need to spend another penny.

this is probably one of the books that makes me the most skeptical about its treatment method. theres like 4 pages in the entire book that actually talk about the process of what you're supposed to do to relieve yourself of pain but instead of just posting this online of course it costs $27 for the book, $117 for the book and other resources, if you want a one on one consultation is $4500. Come on here.
How many more people are going to take Sarno's work, call it by a different name like Diversion Pain Syndrome, Autonomic Overload syndrome, etc. and then claim they have the cure to your chronic pain. I was very hopeful when I bought this book that it would beneficial and then when I got to the 2 pages that actual told me what to do the skepticism really crept in.
I really hope this works for your Sylvia. I do remember asking Adam Heller a couple of questions when I first bought the book and immediately he wanted me to upgrade to his support package which was going to cost me even more money. Just seems really fishy to me. |
