I have the book, too and do get an actual newsletter from Florida Hospital. The book helped me, because it put a Christian perspective to the mindtbody piece. So I appreciate TT sharing this site with us...CHEERS!!!

I went to a place that sells cast concrete "stone" art to buy a small bench, to put by a small pond I renovated. (kind of a comtemplation/meditation bench.) It was hand molded to look like
Stonehenge. it was $300, and I only spent $100 renovating the pond.
I was tempted to try to beat down the only employee on site, when I realized I was the only customer at their site, too. Clearly, they are stuggling. The product was really nice, and I could afford it.
It's not easy for people in business to make a living, particularly artists and writers. I frequently buy and give away books in the tms field. I bet the authors give away a lot, too. Their value is much more than the published price, by far. Something to contemplate.

yeah seriously does that mean SteveO and Sarno are just money hungry because you have to pay for their books too? pain free for life is actually a good book and it cost me like 10 bucks. i've spent 4k at least so far on just treating my eye strain problem that didn't go away with physical treatments.

i know it looks suspicious because "why would they charge for this info when they could just share it on the forum here for free?" i dont know the answer to this question everybody has to make money i guess but just because you have to pay for something doesn't mean its BS and a scam.

i see where people are coming from because sometimes it looks like some of these authors are just writing books to take advantage of people's suffering for money but that isn't the case I would say the majority of the time.

The book hater has landed, get real, a practicing MINDBODY doctor writes an honest portrayal of his being "cured" of TMS, to get the word out, practices what he preaches and gets slammed at a Mindbody forum--BIZARRE! Really, like a physician needs the dollar or two he might make off a book sale. TMS sufferers spend maybe hundreds of thousands of dollars on medical and a plethora of other treatments, and the book haters think spending $25.00 on a book is akin to being a robber baron--NUTZ!

I have a theory, that the real reason behind this TMS book/author hatred, by people who have never looked inside these books, is their subconscious knows the truth to their healing is in these books, creating this form of irrational paranoid TMS book/fear/hatred. I hate to think what kind of welcome/treatment Dr. Sarno would be received with by the miniscule but vitriolic TMS book haters here? New Adventure/Ric/All1Spirit or whatever you are calling yourself these days, why don't you get back into your motor-home that doesn't go anywhere and take a nap.

Cheers,
tt/lsmft
