Aloha,

What makes some of us more prone to TMS than others? What are the sources of your tension that cause TMS?

One of the best tools I have found to help answers the above questions is through my TMS questionnaire.

I use it to help my clients determine what areas they need to focus on. For example, if they rate worrying a 7 out of 10 (which by the way is a very common mental habit among TMSers), that is an area to seek remedies for.

The questionnaire contains most common mental habits, traits, and issues I have observed among TMS ers. Are there more categories? Of course. But this is a good start for helping you decide where to begin and make positive changes. You also have the option to submit the form after you complete rating each category for evaluation and helpful suggestions.

I hope this will help make it easier for you to navigate your way to complete recovery.
