After have some success in pain free back and knee pain, last night my whole body ached even my toes and in between my toes, of course my hands which are very swollen. Now it has been bleak, and gloomy and very damp outside. Am I holding on to a myth that dampness aggravates arthritis? I know that I have to believe that TMS is the absolute cause. But when I have aches and pains that always seem to be associated with early Spring, dampness and humidity, how do I deal with hat? Couldn't find anything in the books regarding this aspect. I appreciate all comments. Thanks in advance BTW, I have gotten off all facebook help groups because of I think Kevin's Wall of healing message. Yes, because they focus on body cures and endless pain.

Mary
