I am daily reading this forum and at least become pain free when I am in home and tries to keep pain in control.

I have now following symptoms.
1) Tight neck muscles and experiencing more tightness as days are passing.
2) I am obessed for frequest touching to backside of my neck.
3) Very disturbed breadthing while working on computer.

Is this common TMS symptoms ? Does anybody experiences same symptomes ?
Also please share how you recoved from this ?
I am computer profession and have to sit daily 6 hours on PC.

you will recover the same way you recovered from the other pain you were having. i had such neck pain, also the shallow breath. it also is a little anxiety. it may have taken over instead of the pain.
just keep going the same path. try to find out and deal with whats causing the symptom imperative.
