I found this a lot more helpful than Weekes' even though the ideas are somewhat similar. This book has a more concrete plan on how to view an anxiety disorder and what to do (or not do) about it.

I could write a longer review of this book but I think the reviews on Amazon suffice. A lot of us here probably have anxiety and Freudian approaches to treating it won't help, though they may make you worse by costing a lot of money.
