CAn anyone tell me what you can do when you have a person(spouse) in your life that triggers you on a daily basis? I'm so tired of the pain and I know he is one of my biggest triggers for so many reasons. It's not like I'm thirty and healthy and can just go out and make a new life. But at the same time. he doesn't understand anything about TMS and doesn't want to. He just wants things to go on as always. I cant do the "as always" anymore. Even his facial expressions affect me. Marriage is indeed a problem with TMS and I wish I knew whatto do about my situation. Does anyone have any experience with the marriage trigger thing, and what in the world do you do? Thanks
