I know Dr Sarno considers Asthma a likely tms equivalent, but how about seasonal allergies? I have always had them to some degree, but when I moved to AZ a couple of years ago, they got considerably worse. But not all at once. The second year got much worse and the third year even worse. I'm curious to know what the experiences of others have been with seasonal and whether treating them as tms has helped. Thanks!
