It's a pity the doctor doesn't make an archive of these available on his website for those of us who were unable to see the live casts.

I got the dates wrong. I am sitting here in HK thinking it's is an hour's time when it was actually yesterday. DUH!  
Do you think there might be a link on his site and also I would love to hear of anything interesting that may have come up.

Yes, really interesting. I'm very impressed with him, I'm considering taking the online coarse now. I was interested in what he was saying about how the subconscious takes over at night so that is a good time to write. It makes sense as to why I can have a really good, almost pain free day and then wake up in the morning and a lot of the pain is back. I'm going to try that strategy next.
