I recently started having esophageal spasms. Very painful in the center of my chest with pain in between my shoulder blades.
Swallowing is confirmation that its related to my digestive system and not my heart.

I looked for treatment options and causes for esophageal spasms and most sites says there is no known cause for these spasms but, almost every site mentions stress or the reduction of stress somewhere on their site.
Just wondering how I should deal with this. Thanks in advance.

TMS equivalent according to THe Divided Mind.

I'd treat it accordingly.
