Hi,

Yesterday when I could not sleep, I try reading the same books I read, about TMS, that were so important to my recovery. Howevere this time they seemed to make me worst. It was like my subconscious was saying - stop, I don't want to hear more about it. I already know that...

Today I wake up still in pain, but then I went to a cafe, and start reading some trivial magazines... My pain disapear completely, in a flash...

Should one try to dig into your subconcious for negative hidden emotions, or just try to seed it with new positive ones? When is digging too much?

Thanks

Trying the positive ones works for you, why not work it.
