i suffer from back pain and sciatica for 3 years now and i must say that Sarno was wrong when he said "you cannot hurt yourself", this sentence cost me 2 tears, one in the quad muscle and one in the lower back, mri showed the tears and the doctor didn't understand how did i do that, they are both swelled up now and got deformed, i have tried to work out with the pai n(deadlift with 40 pounds) with like 20% of the normal weights ive used to lift and it was enough to tear the muscles...

Sarno should have warned his patients and tell them that they shouldn't work out with dumbbells due to the danger muscle and tendon tear due to lack of elasticity because of the oxy dep...

Be warned guys
