I am not sure if anyone has experienced this... but my fears where triggered by my future with my fiancé. So I cancelled my wedding and we have subsequently tried working it out.

Every time my woman would come back to me, the pain would slowly manifest. Not as bad as the initial reaction but some muscle spasms and sleeplessness, lower back pain. It has gotten more and more manageable.

Initially I thought I was allergic to my fiancé, but my psychologist says that is NOT the case since we've been going out for 7 years and I was never reactionary to her before.

I have been mediating and trying to slow my brain down, and tell myself that this is all psychological and there really is nothing to be afraid of with moving forward in life.

I'm just curious if anyone else has had a similar expereience with a person or situtaion and was able to break the cycle.
