Here's a doctor who has at least read Dr. Sarno's Healing Back Pain and recommends it, along with some other books. His own book looks interesting too.

My Doctor, Kathleen Fink, recommended Dr. Sarno's Book only as a last resort. What a waste of two years in PT. I'm glad she finally told me about it...
