No right nor wrong. There is just that thing we do That about sums it all up about life. And then we all die anyway so what does anything really matter?

If taking meds is what you do then do it without guilt.
If you think hitting golf balls will challenge TMS & make it better then do it.
If acceptance is your thing then do it.
If anger is your thing do it.
If forgiveness is your thing then do it.
If gym is your thing then do it.
If taking apple cider vinegar is your thing then do it too.
If meditation is your thing then do it.
If being vegetarian is your thing , then do it
If you like to eat meat, do it.

Whatever you do, do it without guilt, without worry, without judging yourself or anyone else, without asking others what is right, what is wrong. What works for someone does not work for everyone. It only confuses your mind . There are no guarantees. Stop seeking approval from others. Be clear in your mind and just do it. Regrets? so what? Who doesn't have them ? That's life. Blow them away & move on.

Nothing keep tms/anxiety alive more than fear.
