Hi, I've had a sustained fast heart rate for over a week now and it's beginning to get to me. I am a 43 year old woman (with a history of back, neck, arm etc TMS) and have only had this happen for brief periods after eating foods, never lasting like this. I am able to sleep fine which is weird as this is making me feel very energetic. The only time I feel okay is when I am exercising as that is when it feels normal to have a heart rate this fast. It's not dangerously high but the fact that it is averaging about 90 beats per minute which is way higher than my normal heart rate (and it's pounding hard in my chest) is very disconcerting. Has anyone had this sustained experience and treated it successfully as TMS?
