Hi all,

This is my most frightening symptom. I am a fitness instructor and am really struggling with overcoming fear of these, especially when they happen during my classes. I admit. It's messing with my mind a little. Can anybody give me some success stories in dealing with these and what they did to overcome them? I'm thinking I may have to quit teaching because it's hard to put on your poker face in front of 30 people. Ace, I'm hoping maybe you will see this post and can respond on how I can best handle these. I really DO NOT want to stop teaching classes. Thank you all.
