Is there any truth behind training every day without resting destroy the body?
Every physical programming expert says we should rest bla bla.
I know nobody who is training every day so it makes me think it's impossible to exercises non-stop without feeling pain (the bad one).

My job sucks by the way.

Since you hate your job why don't you find one where you could workout while working. I know a lot of UPS workers who are body-builders, they're getting paid to lift all day.

Since you're in the trading dept, how do you think the Canadian loonie is going to perform in relation to the dollar? Any trading tips for me?

BTW, Dr. Sarno said: "IF IT'S TOO HEAVY TO LIFT, YOU COULDN'T LIFT IT."

If you're tired rest.

I'm working in a trading department. I have these aches even before my current job. I was deadlifting 5x5 (100kg) but it was too much for me.
I couldn't bend to put my socks on for about 1 week. Since then I feel pain during and after lifting stuff.

I just want to train every single day.
Yesterday I saw a guy in youtube who did 17 000 squats for 24h. I can't do 200 without feeling this annoying pain. Should I rest?

If your goal is to increase muscle mass and train with intensity to "failure," then most authorities recommend rest days between workouts. However, it sounds as though you are training mainly for conditioning, in which case daily workouts, stopping short of failure, are OK.

What kind of work do you do?

I'm not aiming at growing bigger but training fullbody every day of the year.
I'm doing pullups, dips and squats every day. Should I feel pain in my lower back because of that?
I'm in the best shape of my life.
I can't sleep if I am not physical tired, my brain is burning out during the day.
I mean are we supposed to rest after physical activity? I feel I don't need rest at all...

When I was doing weight training, the rule was if you were trying to build bigger muscles, you worked muscle groups every other day, allowing the muscle fibers that split by heavy lifting to rest, regenerate, and multiply. I don't know if the science behind that has changed in twenty years.

Here's an article on weight training theory from the internet:

Most everyone hates their job--that's why they call it a JOB.
