Alicat,
I hate to be the one to point this out, but the drug industry couldn't care less about health; their main interest is PROFIT with zero concern for long range effects.

You need to rethink your reasons for taking these drugs. Then if at all possible, get off of them before you end up with more problems than you started with. If you can do that, the dizziness should eventually go away.

I feel like a few things need to be said/asked in order to help you with your problems:

1) Have you read Sarno's books?
2) Do believe that your problems (depression/anxiety, dizziness, etc.) are TMS?
3) If so, have you consistently done your TMS "work"?
4) If so, tell us what things you do (e.g. thinking emotional, not physical; journaling; counselling; excercise; etc.) on a regular basis and if they have helped.
5) Tell us about your emotional life so we can start exploring what might be at the root of your pain/symptoms.

This is the TMS approach and one of the main functions of this forum. To be frank, we're here to help, but not to advise people on which cocktail of drugs to take to mask their symptoms for prolonged periods of time. (Most of us are not doctors!) We're here to offer information about TMS, to explore TMS theory, and to help TMS sufferers find their own path to wellness.

If you're ready to start the process, let's go!

The first thing one needs to do when they see a resumption of their symptoms is toi resist writing or talking about them, and instead focus on the possible emotional source of the symptoms. No need to actually feel the emotion, but one must at least make an attempt to dig around to see what may be taking place on the inside. Doing this will divert one's attention away from the physical and unto the emotional. This is the key to a full recovery.
