my wife made me angry at a bowling alley yesterday...it made me so angry i walked out and walked home-(10 miles!)within minutes of the walk, pain in feet, bowels, stiff upper back, had to run into woods 9 times to urinate, eye floater back in full force, mild headache, seeing stars...the worx. this is the first time the symptoms came on instantly after a stressful event, the light bulb came on, hello tms!
upon the last mile of walk home-i realized what she said to me that made me so angry was something my overcontrolling mother said to me as a child, word for word! the resevoir of rage had runneth over at the bowling alley! i was totally fine before she said that. amazing!
the positve side of this is i feel much better now being able to link my previously mysterious symptoms with mental thoughts/anger,
its all about the anger for me. you know what they say.. little boys always marry someone like their mother.. all my relationships have been this type of person...strange |
