Had some shoulder pain and went on my Ridge Trail hike to top anyway, loved the views of the river, pushed past the tiredness on way up....great hike!!! 3 1/2 hours Its a very steep trail, up up up until the top...
Just noticed while eating a late lunch zero pain...OMG I finally did it....got so into my life I forgot the pain was there! And its gone now!!!
I figured we need the victories to balance out the help me posts!!!! [:)] |
