Posted - 01/10/2008 : 16:41:15 Hi everyone! My little sister was surfing the net the other day for solutions to back pain and she came across this:
www . emofree . com
She knew that I had been cured by Dr. Sarno's books, so she asked me: "Is this some kind of new-age Sarno approach?"
I had the same question...what is this? They claim you can fix your vision...
Comments? Thoughts? Information?

It is unrelated to Sarno and as far as many board members are concerned, the tapping part and most of the outlandish claims are BS. Like any kind of therapy it does involve you working with and discussing your emotions, which may help.

It's sort of like an accelerated mindfulness technique. It works by exposing you over and over again to the problems that you're having, so your brain has a chance to accept what's going on. I personally use it as an emotional processing tool.
