Hey all,

With Dave's blessing, I thought maybe we could keep a running thread where people are able to donate, sell and request books?

I have a few I could start with. I'll donate (one) of these (each) to the first to post and claim. Just pay shipping and you can have them. Or, if you want to trade, let me know what you have. Maybe others will do the same?

I have for donation:

The Presence Process - Michael Brown: People love it. Wasn't quite for me.

The Mindful Way Through Depression - Kabot-Zin I love JKZ, and loved this... despite depression not being my primary issue.

Surviving Panic Disorder - Stuart Shipko - Good book. Disregard anything he says about benzos IMO... but good book otherwise.

Mind Power Into the 21st Century - John Kehoe - Good stuff. An Ace recommendation, I believe?

The Anxiety and Phobia Workbook - Giant book, well-respected and great for those getting a handle on anxiety (most of us) and who have an interest in CBT, changing thought processes.

I also will email a digital copy of Claire Weekes Hope and Help for anyone who can't afford to purchase through iTunes. (I have purchased)

I have more, but that's it for now. Please just claim whatever you want here as opposed to PMs, and then I'll write and figure out shipping. Or, if you have a book you recommend for a trade, let me know. I'm open. Even if not directly TMS-related.

Maybe others will join in.

Hi Barbara,

If there is one on the list you want just let me know here and I'll cross it off.
Or, post your own books if you have any to donate/trade or sell.
