If you've ever tried to navigate through there, while wending your way down the CA coast, you'll see why. It's a big hub for the 4/20 movement. Not to bad mouth the village too badly, there is a reputable TMS doctor there and I once had a TMS therapy session with a colleague of his who confirmed me sane, but that was a while back and things may have changed.
