Posted - 09/08/2014 : 19:07:43 I've been a follower of Dr Sarno since 1998 when I avoided surgery after being given a copy of his book Healing Back Pain. Over the years tms has reared it's ugly head in different ways and I always defeat it. July 4th I went into a full body flush. I look like I have a mild sunburn from head to toe. Sometimes it flares up and gets redder. It's always worse in the morning. I have been tested through labs and scans and skin biopsies and nothing comes up. Carcinoid cancer is what usually causes these flushes and it can take years to detect after flushing begins I'm wondering if anyone has ever heard of long term flushing being tms. I'm saying it is. I pray it is. Anyone heard of full body flushing and tms?

Posted - 09/09/2014 : 10:16:40 Thank You Tennis Tom. You're response is appreciated and helpful. My stress level has been over the top for the past two years. TMS has been after me but I'm a pro. This flushing I don't know how to handle. Two weeks ago I didn't latch the gate to my swimming pool and my big loveable bulldog, Cowboy, drowned. So many are heartbroken and it's my fault. TMS loves guilt. Old pains are trying to make their come back but I'm not having it. I know how to take out swelling and pain. Appreciate the post you shared with me. Made me smile. Going to check out tms wiki. The statement made by Dr.Sarno made my day! Thank you again, Vicki

Posted - 09/09/2014 : 09:34:46 Sorry no one's responded but apparently it's a rare issue (hopefully TMS). If it's any consolation Dr. Sarno said this to one of the posters here:
"...there are so many things little and big that are tms, I wouldn't have time to write about all of them": Told to icelikeaninja by Dr. Sarno
You should also repost it at the TMS WIKI, maybe someone there can be helpful.
