I have to thank my pal, Bethie, for sending me a copy of Dr. S.'s cd's..JUST WONDERFUL..Been listening over and over while DRIVING even though the wrists are still 'healing' or I should say, the TMS is still healing..

Nicest thing I've seen all day are those quotation marks around the word "healing."

Way to go young lady...

Sorry spasms,
didn't see this til now...but i see free2beme gave you the info..:)
They really are great..Dr. Sarno also has videotapes that are helpful..
