Hey everybody,

Maybe you have all seen this. The links are from the amazing webclass between Eckhart Tolle and Oprah on his book a new earth. These 2 are about the painbody. 3 ours of absolute brilliant information. Although it is not about physical pain it gives enough clues.

I live in Holland and was not aware of these web classes. Maybe it was
more known in the us. Rest of the web classes can be found on oprah.com.
Again, they are more than brilliant.

Enjoy them. (by the way, skip the first minute or so because of commercials)

Eckhart is truly amazing... thanks for these clips.

I think the "Pain Body" is very closely related to TMS, with repressed emotions causing all sorts of problems in our lives.

If you think about the "Thinking Psychologically" component of TMS, Exchart mentions in the video that we must "Become more aware of your current state in the moment, more aware of what emotions you are feelings in the moment"

Turning your attention from the pain into the question "What am I feeling at the moment" and thus facing the real instigator of the TMS symptoms.

Monte Hueftle also approaches TMS the mindful way in his book "Get Rid of the Pain in Your Butt" which I can highly recommend.

I just started watching one of the above links and wanted some more context. I found the following helpful
http://www.oprah.com/article/oprahsbookclub/anewearth/pkganewearthwebcast/20080130_obc_webcast_download
Links from that page were also helpful.

I haven't finished watching, but the original posting contained links to weeks 5 and 6, which are probably the most relevant to TMS.
