i just wanted to thank everyone on this board...i know i'm going through my ups and downs, and have gone through doubts since i discovered Sarno a few months back, but I am patient, and I'm probably a lot slower than many who have cured themselves, but I have the hope and i never lose that now.
Whenever i'm feeling doubt, or i'm down I come back here and read success stories and go back to my books and journaling.
i can honestly say this is the first time in 4 years i have had real hope for getting better, and that my life isn't over. Being 23 years old and feeling like I'm 80 for so long has really gotten me down about life, but I'm getting back, and i actually have mornings where I'm excited to wake up and start my day. For me, that's huge progress. I know soon, i'll be able to write my success story, and people can read mine and get hope from it, like I have =]
