I read this link this morning and realized I am still in this trap of feeling that the outcome (having no/little/less pain) is more important than whether I care about the pain:

This is a good short piece on why that is backwards. :)

So I took a walk yesterday and I had some pain. But, my success is that I disregarded my fear of taking the walk and took it anyway.
