Hi!
I have had some good success with TMS over the years.
Most recent issue is my knee has been swollen and extremely painful for 3 months. It also "catches" on itself like a dislocation feeling in the soft tissue. I had an MRI last week. The film shows cartilage wearing under the kneecap, "like potholes in the cartilage" is what the doc said and he called it "articular cartliage disorder of the knee".

Anyone ever dealt with this or heard of this in our TMS forums?
Thanks!

Before you do surgery google "failed knee surgery", get a dx by a TMS physician, swelling can also be a TMS symptom.

I'm not a doctor only a tennis player, but this is the TMS forum so that's the drug we push here, I'm sure you'll get a lot of advice for the structural approach. Just my 2cents, IMHO, FWIW.

G'luck

Thanks, the doc didn't recommend surgery but a cortisone shot.
I always like to weigh in here, of course.
