Hello!

3 months ago I've been overtraining with deadlifts. 5 days later I was similar to robocop. Till now I feel I have lowerback DOMS.
I'm training everyday including air squats, pullups, dips. Is there any chance I'm overtrained or something? It seems I can do upperbody exercises without overtraining. I know these deadlifts may trigered tms but I don't know what to do.
I also checked my kidneys, they are OK.

Any suggestions?

Ok. Today I did the same and now I can't bend over to put my pants on. Is my CNS burned out?

15 reps squat my body weight
15 rep deadlift my body weight...
Not even close to my max records.

Is it just soreness of training rly? Is it possible?
