Now that I've dug up lots of emotions I find myself a constant emotional mess, crying all the time and racked with anxiety. My back issue is not taking the hint and I don't and I don't know what to do with all of the emotions?? Do I just acknowledge them, express them continuously, try to do something about them?? I seem to be in a seriously negative state. Any help with s better understanding of where I am and what I should do would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Well it's been days since you've posted and no replies, at this point I would recommend looking for other TMS sites or hitting the books for your answers. Feel free to PM me.

Hi Brey,

This board is very quiet right now. There is a free “structured education program” on the TMS Wiki web site. The first few weeks cover this topic very well, I did some of them.

You could also type in on our search button “Emotions” or “Anxiety”. There is loads to read.

There is also a discussion on emotions on the Wiki web site currently.
